	Susan serves as the Conservancy Manager for Port Warwick.  Susan is a Hampton native and has lived in the Tidewater area most of her life.  She was in the hospitality business for twenty years, working in Sales and Marketing and as a General Manager.  Susan is also a licensed real estate agent.  She has been employed with United Property Associates for three years.  Before coming to Port Warwick, She was the association manager for Stonehouse, a community of 500 homes located north of Williamsburg.  Her husband is an Engineer with Northrop Grumman.  They have four grown children and a two year old grandson.  She has been the Association Manager of the Port Warwick Conservancy since April, 2006
